own cost. - Yamunotri Temple Visit:
- Witness the sacred Yamunotri Temple, initially built by Maharani Gularia of Jaipur in the 19th
century and rebuilt multiple times over the years. - Offer prayers to Divya-Shila, a revered rock pillar near the temple.
- Take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund, a hot spring believed to cleanse sins.
- Experience cooking rice by dipping it in the boiling waters of Surya Kund as part of the spiritual rituals. The cooked rice is often taken home as Prasad.
Return Journey:
- Descend back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot

Legend of Kedarnath:
- According to mythology, the Pandavas sought Lord Shiva’s blessings at Kedarnath for redemption from their sins after the Kurukshetra war. Shiva, disguised as a bull, dived into the ground here, leaving his hump on the surface, which became the Kedarnath Temple.

Surcharge:
- Any surcharge that may apply during peak seasons or holidays.
Unexpected Costs:
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, roadblocks, etc. These will need to be borne by the clients directly on the spot.
Room Heater:
- Room heaters (if required) are not included and will incur an additional cost.
Hotel Customization:
- Hotel selection can be customized based on your requirements, but this will come with a cost variation.

- Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Journey Timing:
- Due to the hilly terrain and long journeys, the morning starting time should be 7 AM at the latest to ensure a smooth trip.
Clothing and Equipment:
- Winter clothing is essential for destinations like Kedarnath, Badrinath, and Yamunotri due to the cold weather.
- Trekking shoes are recommended for the Yatra.
- Don’t forget to carry a raincoat and a medicine kit.
Cash Requirements:
- Cash is important for local services such as Dolly Palky, Horse rides, and even for food expenses at Kedarnath and Yamunotri.
Advance Payment:
- The company will not hold any confirmations without receiving the required advance payment.
Liability Disclaimer:
- The company is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, accident, delay, breakdown, or irregularities caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
Group Tour Transport:
- If you are joining a Group Tour, transport will be provided on an SIC (Seat-in-Coach) basis, with vehicles allocated based on the number of participants.

Payment Terms and Process
Advance Payment:-
- To secure your booking, an advance payment 2100 Per Person must be made. This payment, covering part of the total tour cost, should be deposited into the company’s bank account in an affordable manner.
Air/Train Tickets:-
- Travelers are required to pay the full amount for air/train tickets that will be issued by the company. Once the payment is received, our operational staff will proceed to book the tickets, reserve hotel accommodations, and arrange other tour requirements.
Booking Confirmation:-
- After processing the advance payment, the company will send you a confirmation with details of your bookings and arrangements. Following this, you need to pay 50% of the remaining balance of the total tour cost.
Final Payment:-
- The remaining 50% of the tour cost can be paid via traveler’s cheques upon your arrival in India.
- Alternatively, you can also make the payment through bank transfer before your arrival.
Regular Updates:-
- After depositing the advance payment, you will receive regular updates about your tour
arrangements, including details on your transport, hotel bookings, and other necessary
preparations.
Refund Policy:-
Advance Refund:-
- 50% of the advance is refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival.
Token Advance:-
- The token advance booking amount of INR 2100 per person is non-refundable.
Cancellation Between 30 to 15 Days:-
- 25% of the advance is refunded for cancellations made between 30 to 15 days prior to
arrival.
Addons Booking (Kedarnath):-
- No refunds for add-on bookings such as those for Kedarnath.
Cancellation 7 Days Before Arrival:-
- No refund is available for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival.
Refund Mode:-
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method through which the client made the original payment.
Refund Processing Time:-
- Refunds will be processed within one week after cancellation.
Flight Tickets:-
- No refunds are available for flight tickets.

- As exchange rates may fluctuate, the final charges for the tour may vary and will be
